My order showed up in great shape, and the packaging was solid. Nothing was bent, broken, or messed up, and even the box looked neat. I was happy with it overall. Then again, a damaged package would’ve ruined my whole mood, so thank goodness that didn’t happen.

But really, isn’t it better to wait a little and actually get help than get rushed off with no answers? Once I had someone on the line, they were nice, clear, and got everything sorted. I was actually surprised by how many good brands they have here. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve checked out, the selection feels way more consistent every time.

I was kinda surprised Marshalls still had so many sizes online. I found the shoes I wanted and a jacket in my size without having to check like 10 different stores. Checkout were easy too, which was nice. It’s great when the bigger and smaller sizes isn’t already gone right away.
